"EDIT 13/03/26: After Ben personally came out on the 18/02 after business hours to give us a quote and to apologise. We've reviewed his offer with other quotes we've received, considering it being a big expense and we've decided to proceed with BM Heating & Cooling for the works, not because of the quoted price (with the goodwill discount) but on the promise that we'll get a great product & service. On the 13/03/26, Ben, Zak and his team rocked up at the time they said they would. Ben gave me a run down of exactly what would happen, answered any questions I had & ran me through different installation options to minimise having to patch up areas, which is inevitable with decommissioning an old gas ducted & installing a new electric ducted unit. Installation was complete within half a day & they cleaned up after themselves. I'm glad to say that we're happy to have given BM Heating & Cooling another shot. Ben & the team, keep up the great work! ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 18/02: We've tried really hard to get a quote from these guys due to the awesome 5 star reviews on their page. We understand mistakes do happen or unplanned events requiring appointments to be rescheduled. We originally had a booking for Friday Feb 13th, which had to be rescheduled to Tuesday, Feb 17th, for 4pm, due to BM's staff being required interstate, fair enough and they've informed me a day prior. Comes Tuesday, I gave them a courtesy call at around 2pm to confirm if they are still planning to come out so I can plan ahead and leave work early, to be told that they don't have anything booked in on their schedule. They've offered to come today (Wednesday Feb 18th) at 7:30 am, which isn't ideal but we agreed to. Guess what, no show at 7:50 am, gave them a call to find out that the tech will be another half hr late, which would mean that they'll most likely show up at around 8:30am or later. Due to these, we've decided not to proceed with them, if it is this hard to show up at quoting stage, we wonder what it would be like at installation stage or even when we need them for a service / breakdown call."

"I had the boys come from BM heating and cooling come to my place yesterday to install heating and cooling. A big job from the start to finish but it was an excellent experience. Ben came exactly on the day and on time to see what was needed for my home and wrote up a quote on the same day. I have had many companies come down for this job but I chose Ben's company because he was honest when he spoke to me and didn't oversell himself and delivered exactly what he promised. He kept in touch right up till install date. The boys came on install date on time and started immediately on the job, they were very HARD working and very focused in doing the job at hand correctly. At the end the boys cleaned up everything and Ben even though he was tired from the day, stayed back and explained to me on how the system will be working, always asking whether I had any questions, even showed me how to use the touch screen. A tired day for all of us, so thank you Ben, Daniel, Norm and Kahn for a great job, and Daniel for his nice conversations with me, a delightful young man. "I called Ben with a rather complicated request that other A/C installers were quick to put in the too hard basket - however Ben was happy to take on the job, and for a fair price. I wanted a multi head split replaced and separated out to 2 separate units and using some of the existing piping as to not have extra conduits hanging off the side of the house. Without hesitation Ben made some recommendations and slotted me in for the following week to get it done. Ben’s team arrived on time and completed what I consider to be a decently complex job in 3 hours including his on site sparky picking up an unplanned side job in amongst dealing with the A/C’s.
